What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using network analysis and critical path methodology
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with contract requirements
- Perform delay impact analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Cookordinate schedule updates with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Prepare schedule-related reports for project oversight and decision-making
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline, or 10 years equivalent construction experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling for construction projects, preferably from government contracts
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling software
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method (CPM), and project controls principles
- Must be able to pass DHS security clearance to obtain Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working on government contracts related to construction projects
- Familiarity with federal requirements for project scheduling and management
- Additional certifications in project management or scheduling software
