Hybrid - Outpatient Psychiatrist - Park Cities (Dallas) TX
About the role
We are actively recruiting for passionate Outpatient Psychiatrists who can partner with us to achieve our mission of transforming mental health.
Responsibilities
- No Nights, No Weekends, No On-Call
- Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days telehealth, or a four-day work week
- Part of an integrated care team including prescribers, therapists, practice assistants, and a full support team
- Investment in professional development through CMEs and additional compensation for APP supervision
- Competitive base salary and quality outcomes bonus, no earnings cap
- Full administrative support provided
- Active license in the state of Texas, Active DEA license and Controlled Substance license in Texas, Board Eligible or Active Board Certified with American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Open to seeing a variety of patient case types and broad age range
Requirements
You must be fully licensed in the state in which you are applying to start your role here.
Qualifications
Experience with TMS and Spravato is not required but is offered as an opportunity for interested individuals.
Skills
Passionate about providing high-quality mental health care, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and strong communication skills are essential.
