Hybrid -Outpatient Psychiatrist - Allen - TX

About the role

We are actively recruiting for passionate Outpatient Psychiatrists who can partner with us to achieve our mission of transforming mental health.

Responsibilities

• No Nights, No Weekends, No On-Call schedule
• After-hours urgent support available
• Hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days telehealth
• Option for a four-day work week
• Part of an integrated care team including prescribers, therapists, practice assistants, and a full support team
• Opportunity to participate in advanced treatments like TMS and Spravato

Requirements

• Active license in the state of Texas
• Active DEA license and Controlled Substance license in Texas
• Board Eligible or Active Board Certified with American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
• Open to seeing a variety of patient case types and broad age range

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient psychiatry
• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Schedule

The majority of our offices operate 3 days a week onsite and 2 days a week telehealth. A four-day work week is also possible. More in-person time is expected upfront as you build your patient case load and schedule follow-ups on telehealth days.
