Hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker and Assessor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)

As a clinician, you will provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population including children, adolescents, adults, and families, with most sessions in‑person and some telehealth options for flexibility. Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across a range of ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct and document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information.
• Deliver services to clients in the community; no office attendance required.
• Utilize evidence‑based practices to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Identify resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal client care.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy on psychosocial issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support.
• Demonstrate professionalism to reassure patients of care by a skilled and compassionate professional.

Requirements

• Active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the State of Florida.
