About the role

Hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) Provider. Must be available to provide in-office sessions at our Jackson County, Marianna location in addition to remote/telehealth sessions. Minimum of 2 days a week in office and evening and weekend availability via telehealth.

Pay

Earn up to $87,000 per year based on experience, and secondary languages.

Training & support

$2,400 orientation training stipend.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses
• Conduct and document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information
• Deliver services to clients in the community; no office requirement
• Utilize evidenced-based practices to enhance clinical outcomes
• Identify resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other healthcare professionals
• Advocate for patient access to community resources
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Facilitate individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support
• Demonstrate professionalism to reassure patients of skilled and compassionate care

Requirements

• Active and valid Florida license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs
• Organizational and time allocation skills
• Ability to utilize self-care techniques to achieve optimal work-life balance
• Ability to document therapy services in an electronic medical records (EMR) platform
