Hybrid & In-Person Psychotherapist (Associate/POST GRADUATE ONLY) → Psychotherapist (Hybrid & In-Person, Associate/Graduate)

Role Overview: Provide psychotherapy services to children, couples, and adults through a blend of in-person and telehealth sessions. Maintain accurate progress notes and treatment plans, attend quarterly in-person team meetings, and participate in weekly telehealth supervision. Responsibilities: Deliver clinical care, ensure documentation accuracy, and engage in supervision and team collaboration. Qualifications: Hold a Master’s degree in a mental health field, active BBS registration (Associate number required), with experience working with diverse populations. Familiarity with DSM-V and treatment planning is preferred. Skills: Compassionate, motivated, and able to manage flexible scheduling; proficient in using Practice Mate (training provided). Work Environment & Benefits: Work at a conveniently located office with fully covered malpractice insurance, weekly supervision, ongoing training, and a growth-oriented team atmosphere. Compensation: $17/hour for administrative work and $30-$35 per clinical session. Minimum of 15-20 client hours weekly, with flexible part-time or full-time options.
