Role Overview We're hiring an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale analytics, reporting, and enterprise data initiatives for a growing retail organization. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business teams to drive planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs that support data-driven decision making across the company. What Youll Be Doing Lead enterprise-wide analytics and data platform programs from planning through deliveryPartner with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, Analytics teams, and business stakeholders to align priorities and execution plansFacilitate quarterly planning, roadmap development, dependency management, and capacity planningMonitor program milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall progressManage Epic creation, review, tracking, and status reportingProvide clear executive-level updates and stakeholder communicationsSupport Agile delivery practices alongside Scrum and Product teamsHelp improve program governance, planning processes, and cross-functional collaborationCoordinate initiatives involving reporting platforms, analytics solutions, and enterprise data capabilitiesWork with leadership teams to ensure data and reporting programs align with business goals Pay, Schedule(REQUIRED AVAILABILITY) & Logistics Pay: $62.50/hourEmployment Type: 6-month contractWork Setting: HybridLocation: Carlsbad, CASchedule: Monday through Thursday onsite, Friday remoteExpected Start: November 2026Must be able to work standard business hours and collaborate with cross-functional teams Requirements Must-Have 6+ years of Program Management experience leading complex technology, analytics, data, or reporting initiativesExperience supporting Enterprise Data Platforms, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting organizationsStrong understanding of Agile delivery environmentsExperience with quarterly planning, roadmaps, dependency management, and program executionExperience managing Epics, program tracking, and stakeholder reportingAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiencesProven success leading cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business teamsStrong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills Nice to Have Retail industry experienceExperience supporting enterprise reporting environmentsFamiliarity with MicroStrategy or similar business intelligence platformsExperience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based data platformsExperience helping organizations mature Agile processes and delivery frameworks Work Authorization Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $62.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
