About the Opportunity:The SALES DATA ANALYST is responsible for transforming raw sales data into accurate and accessible reports that support decision-making across the sales and cross-functional teams. This role ensures data integrity and consistent reporting, enabling better insight into pipeline activity, customer trends, and sales performance. It plays a critical role in supporting the organization's sales operations through reliable data analysis and communication. Responsibilities:Build, maintain, and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.Extract and transform data from various systems including Salesforce and data warehouses.Perform routine data audits and validation to ensure accuracy.Collaborate with multiple departments to understand reporting needs and resolve data issues.Document reporting processes and support ongoing tool maintenance and improvements. Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in sales, business, or data analysis.High proficiency in Excel including Power Query.Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI.Proven ability to audit and maintain data accuracy.Reliable home office setup and ability to work remotely.Preferred: Experience supporting sales operations, familiarity with data lake environments, and documentation of reporting processes. Pay Range and Compensation Package:For candidates residing within Los Angeles and Orange Counties, the hourly rate typically ranges between $22.35 and $24.03, based on experience and skills.Bonus eligible.
