About the Role
You will be the driving force behind thriving communities, guiding each Association's Board with the vision and expertise needed to reach its goals. You'll manage properties with the same care, professionalism, and attention to detail that have defined CAMCO for over 50 years, and you won't do it alone. You'll be backed by a dedicated administrative assistant who keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly, along with an experienced accounting team handling the financial details, so you can focus your energy where it matters most: building strong relationships with your Boards and communities.
Responsibilities
- Guide Association Boards towards achieving their goals through strategic planning and implementation
- Manage properties with high standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Association Boards and communities
- Work closely with an administrative assistant and experienced accounting team to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Community Association Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community association management or similar field
- Experience working with Association Boards and property management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay
$70,000 - $80,000 yearly
