Position Overview
The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification with a minimum of 6 months of experience
- Demonstrated competency in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation
