About the Role

Centria Autism’s Hybrid BCBA role offers flexibility and hands-on impact, combining remote work with meaningful in-person collaboration. You’ll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings, supported by clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. This role requires weekly in-person supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
  • Use in-person time to support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships
