About the Role
Centria Autism’s Hybrid BCBA role offers flexibility and hands-on impact, combining remote work with meaningful in-person collaboration. You’ll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual, in-home, or center-based settings, supported by clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Weekly in-person supervision is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
- Use in-person time to support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships
