Responsibilities

• Provide a combination of in-person field visits and remote supervision
• Manage a caseload of 110 billable standards
• Participate in monthly team meetings with focused conversations and open-floor collaboration
• Handle supervision while a dedicated scheduling team manages scheduling
• Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred, especially with children on the autism spectrum
• Completion of the BACB Supervisor Training and 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
• Strong communication skills and ability to write detailed reports
• Ability to manage a team and work independently with minimal oversight
• Submit a transcript showing your Master's degree and BCBA Certification
• Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance (covered by Coyne & Associates)
• Keep TB test and BLS training up-to-date
