Coyne & Associates is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to join our team. This role offers a combination of in-person field visits and remote supervision, allowing flexibility to work from home or on the go.

Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master's degree (transcript required)
- Completion of BACB Supervisor Training
- 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
- Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance (cost covered by company)
- Up-to-date TB test and BLS training
- Adherence to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred (experience with children on the spectrum is a plus)
- Top-notch communication skills
- Ability to write comprehensive reports
- Strong team management capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, meeting deadlines and managing time effectively
Pay
$88,000 - $95,000/year (DOE). Employees may also be eligible for incentives, drive time pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime pay in accordance with state and federal laws, last minute cancellation pay, 401k benefits, health benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, and paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws.
