Responsibilities
- Supervise and train BCBA technicians in real-life settings
- Manage caseloads of up to 110 billable standard
- Conduct monthly team meetings and provide feedback
- Handle scheduling and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other safety regulations
Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably with children on the autism spectrum
- Completed Master's degree
- Experience with BACB Supervisor Training and 3 hours of supervision CEUs per cycle
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team independently with minimal oversight
Qualifications
- Pass background check and TB test
- Keep BLS training up-to-date
- Adhere to all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws

Compensation
Pay range represents a good-faith estimate the Company reasonably expects to pay at time of hire. Based on position, employees may also be eligible for incentives, drive time pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime pay in accordance with state and federal laws, last minute cancellation pay, 401k benefits, health benefits, paid time off, holiday pay and paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws.
