Join us as a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor, where you'll make a big difference in little lives with the perfect blend of remote flexibility and hands-on, in-person support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision (up to 60%) and hands‑on, in‑person support to technicians.
• Make a big difference in little lives by overseeing ABA programs.
• Manage a caseload of 110 billable standard hours.
• Participate in monthly team meetings for focused conversations and open‑floor collaboration.
• Work with a dedicated scheduling team that handles scheduling while you focus on supervision.
• Ensure technicians receive real‑life, hands‑on training in home settings.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree (transcript required).
• Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance (covered by Coyne).
• TB test and BLS training must be kept up‑to‑date.
• Adherence to HIPAA and all applicable safety, hiring, and discrimination regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred (bonus for experience with children on the autism spectrum).
• Completion of BACB Supervisor Training.
• Commitment to earning 3 hours of supervision CEUs each certification cycle.
