What You Bring

• BCBA certified
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred (bonus points if it's with kiddos on the spectrum)
• Supervision guru: You've nailed the BACB Supervisor Training and are all about those 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
• Leader material: You've got top-notch communication skills, can write a killer report, and manage a team like a pro
• Independent operator: You're a deadline-meeting, time-managing machine, working solo with minimal oversight
