Hybrid BCBA (Sign-On Bonus)

About the role

Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor position offering up to 60% remote supervision. You will make a big difference in little lives by blending remote flexibility with hands‑on, in‑person support while supervising behavior technicians and ensuring high‑quality ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to behavior technicians, including field visits and remote oversight.
• Manage a caseload of 110 billable standard hours.
• Conduct monthly team meetings for focused collaboration.
• Work with a dedicated scheduling team so you can focus on supervision.
• Write reports, communicate effectively, and manage a team.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree (transcript required).
• Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance (company covers cost).
• TB test and BLS training must be kept up‑to‑date.
• Commitment to follow HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferably with children on the autism spectrum).
• Completion of BACB Supervisor Training and ongoing 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
