Compensation

Competitive salary ranging from $88,000 – $95,000 per year, based on experience. Additional incentives may include drive‑time pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime, last‑minute cancellation pay, and other benefits in accordance with state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to behavior‑technician staff both in‑person (field visits) and remotely.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 110 billable standard hours.
• Conduct regular team meetings and collaborate with colleagues on case planning.
• Write clear, comprehensive reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with the dedicated scheduling team to ensure efficient client coverage.
• Uphold HIPAA, safety, hiring, and anti‑discrimination policies.
• Stay current with BACB supervision requirements, including 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred, especially with children on the autism spectrum).
• Completion of BACB Supervisor Training and ongoing compliance with supervision CEU requirements.
• Strong communication, report‑writing, and team‑leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively with minimal oversight.
• Master’s degree transcript and BCBA certification documentation.
• Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI background clearance (company covers cost).
• Current TB test and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Commitment to adhering to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
