As a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor, you'll supervise technicians in real-life sessions, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support.
Responsibilities
- Supervise BCBA technicians in real-life sessions
- Manageable caseload of 110 billable standard
- Handle supervision and scheduling
- Attend monthly team meetings for focused conversations and collaboration
- Offer professional development days and access to free CEUs
- Manage PTO and cash productivity bonuses
- Utilize tech tools such as a MacBook and company iPhone
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Experience with BACB Supervisor Training
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team independently
Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Current BCBA certification
- Up-to-date TB test and BLS training
- Compliance with HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
