What You Bring
- BCBA certified
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred (bonus points if it's with kiddos on the spectrum)
- Supervision guru: You've nailed the BACB Supervisor Training and are all about those 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
- Leader material: You've got top-notch communication skills, can write a killer report, and manage a team like a pro
- Independent operator: You're a deadline-meeting, time-managing machine, working solo with minimal oversight
Requirements
- Must submit a transcript showing your Master's degree
- Must submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance (we'll cover it)
- Keep your TB test and BLS training up-to-date
- Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
