As a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor, you'll supervise BCBA technicians in real-life sessions, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCBA technicians in real-life sessions
• Manageable caseload of 110 billable standard
• Handle supervision and scheduling
• Conduct monthly team meetings
• Provide professional development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and relevant laws

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience (bonus points for experience with children on the autism spectrum)
• Completed Master's degree
• Pass background checks
• Up-to-date TB test and BLS certification

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to write reports and manage teams
• Experience managing deadlines and time effectively
