About the Role

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a BCBA to provide personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role offers 50% remote work, 25 billable hours weekly, and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

What You'll Do

  • Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
  • Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress
  • Provide parent coaching and support
  • Maintain quality documentation and reports
  • Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions
  • Stay current with research and share best practices with the team

What You Bring

  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
  • 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)
  • Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans (preferred)
  • Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor (preferred)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to frequently transition between floor and standing positions throughout the workday
  • Ability to actively engage with children and move quickly within home, clinic, school, and community settings to ensure client safety and provide effective support
  • Ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviors and implement behavior intervention strategies
  • Ability to lift, move, or assist children and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, as required by assigned cases, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to use a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic devices for documentation, communication, and data collection
  • Ability to travel between client locations and perform the essential functions of the position in various environments

Pay

$85,000-$95,000 annually (DOE)
