About the role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our mission of providing excellent Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients in the State of Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients in achieving their goals under the supervision of our clinical directors.
- Participate in peer advisory groups to connect with other BCBAs in the field.
- Assist with the development and implementation of ABA programs.
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals in delivering 1:1 ABA services.
- Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals.
- Provide client assessments and ongoing ABA program supervision.
- Assess the performance of programs and adjust as necessary.
- Train and educate parents and caregivers on ABA techniques.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
- Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
- Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
- Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
- Respect for cultural diversity and the capability to adapt ABA procedures to that diversity.
- Willingness to accept supervision and guidance & remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.
