Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our mission of providing excellent Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients in the State of Maryland. Responsibilities

• Provide client assessments
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance, and adjust as necessary
• Train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
• Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals
• Assist parents and caregivers with ABA training
• Manage and improve ABA programs under your supervision

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD
• Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
• Respect for cultural diversity and the capability to adapt ABA procedures to that diversity
• Willingness to accept supervision and guidance & remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses

Qualifications
