About the role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our mission of providing excellent Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients in the State of Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients in achieving their goals under the supervision of our team.
- Participate in peer advisory groups to connect with other BCBAs in the field.
- Assist with the development and implementation of ABA programs, supervising paraprofessionals and adjusting programs as needed.
- Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers.
- Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals in delivering 1:1 ABA services.
- Create and maintain client records and progress reports.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of clients' progress.
- Adapt ABA procedures to respect and accommodate cultural diversity.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
- Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
- Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
- The capability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
- A willingness to accept supervision and guidance, and to remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.

- Proficiency in using technology for data management and reporting.
