Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our mission of providing excellent Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients in the State of Maryland. While you guide our clients, we support you with same-day pay, 6 months of paid training, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive community.
About the Role
Our team values continued learning and offers 13 hours of paid training over the first 6 months of employment. We provide access to peer advisory groups, in-office BCBAs, BCBA student fellows, and mentors to assist you in supporting your clients. Additionally, we offer an online classroom with various materials and ongoing training resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide client assessments
- Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance, and adjust as necessary
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals in delivering 1:1 ABA services
- Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals
- Assist parents and caregivers with ABA training
- Create a supportive environment for clients and staff
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD
- Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
- Excellent clinical competence and judgment
- Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in ABA services
- Respect for cultural diversity and adaptability in ABA procedures
- Willingness to accept supervision and guidance
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD
- Experience administering and interpreting clinical assessments
- Strong supervisory and training skills
- Ability to respect and adapt to cultural diversity
