Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our mission of providing excellent Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients in the State of Maryland. While you guide our clients, we support you with same-day pay, 6 months of paid training, opportunities for career advancement, and ongoing support.
About the Role
Our team values continued learning and offers 13 hours of paid training over the first 6 months of employment. We provide peer advisory groups, in-office BCBAs, BCBA student fellows, and mentors to assist you in supporting your clients. You will have access to an online classroom with various materials and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Provide client assessments
- Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance, and adjust as necessary
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
- Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals
- Create real change for children and their families
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD
- Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
- Excellent clinical competence and judgment
- Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
- Respect for cultural diversity and the capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity
- Willingness to accept supervision and guidance & remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses
