About the role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our mission of providing excellent Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients in the State of Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Guide our clients
• Support your professional development through 13 hours of paid training over your first 6 months
• Participate in peer advisory groups
• Work with 5 in-house BCBA's to assist you
• Connect with experienced BCBAs through mentorship programs
• Access ongoing training resources and weekly assessment support sessions
• Create schedules that work for you

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD
• Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
• Respect for cultural diversity and adaptability of ABA procedures
• Willingness to accept supervision and guidance
