Qualifications
- Current BCBA Certification and LBA in MD
- Familiarity and Ability to Administer and Interpret Clinical Assessments
- Excellent Clinical Competence and Judgment
- Ability to Train and Supervise Paraprofessionals in the Delivery of 1:1 ABA Services
- Respect for Cultural Diversity and Adaptability of ABA Procedures
- Willingness to Accept Supervision and Guidance & Remedy Identified Deficits or Weaknesses
