Hybrid Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing payments through various ERP systems, providing customer service related to invoice payments, reconciling invoices, researching discrepancies, and performing ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Initiate payments through multiple ERP systems.
• Provide customer service related to the payment of invoices.
• Reconcile invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Research and review invoice discrepancies.
• Generate discrepancy reports.
• Conduct lost discount research and reporting.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis as required.
• Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, data entry, reconciliation, and accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable (2 + years preferred).
• Basic Excel skills, with some familiarity with pivot tables.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong 10‑key data entry skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $24.00 – $25.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent factors.
