Responsibilities
- Boost revenue, control costs, and optimize financial performance.
- Develop and execute sales plans, manage budgets, and secure key accounts to drive bookings.
- Utilize reports and tech tools to streamline operations and make data-driven decisions.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, resolve issues with a positive attitude, and ensure every stay is memorable.
- Inspire, coach, and lead the team to foster a high-performing and collaborative culture.
- Build strong relationships with owners, community leaders, and stakeholders as the hotel’s ambassador.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience.
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
