Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Captain of Hospitality: Ensure guests feel welcomed from lounge to banquet.
• Coach and train team for smooth shifts.
• Keep operations sharp, uphold standards for grooming, safety, and certifications.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, and reports, track staff hours and productivity.
• Ensure food quality and taste, create promotions, oversee inventory and purchasing.
• Communicate effectively, address guest requests or concerns quickly, ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze reports, attend meetings, jump in wherever needed, bring versatility and positivity to the team.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred, excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
