HWIL IT&E Engineer

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to interpret customer needs, work with the team to develop technical solutions, product backlogs, and provide feedback to the team
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing test equipment
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in STEM or a related discipline
• Active Secret Clearance

What You Will Be Doing

• Knowledge in the areas of digital, analog, and electronic components
• Use lab equipment to troubleshoot hardware/software failures in support of HWIL integration and testing
• Support program meetings, provide project status, and interface with a multi-discipline team
• Design, develop, and test air vehicle SW, FW, and HW
• Integrate stimulation equipment into the HWIL facility
• Debug software, hardware, connectors, timing, and designs
• Test, verify, and validate the system and various subsystems

Desired Skills

• Experience working with multi-disciplined teams
• Perform Missile 6DOF simulation design and analysis and HWIL design and simulation analysis
• Support preflight system performance assessment and post flight verification analyses
• HWIL real-time, closed-loop simulation experience is desired
• Flight software integration and verification experience is also a plus
