About the role

The Haywire & The Ranch brand is seeking a server to create unique and special experiences for guests. This position requires a passion for crafting Texas-sized experiences and a deep understanding of the Farm to Fork stories behind the locally sourced menu.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable dining experiences for guests
• Tour guides, recommending wines, whiskeys, or cocktails that pair perfectly with the Chef-inspired meals
• Rooted in southern hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable
• Flexible and adaptable, responding to guests' needs and preferences

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of serving experience in high-end casual or fine dining environments
• Knowledge of food, wine, and whiskey
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification

Qualifications

• Passionate about creating unique Texas-sized experiences
• Knowledgeable about the Farm to Fork stories behind the menu
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests
• Adaptable and flexible, able to handle various situations

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of local wines, whiskeys, and cocktails

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
