- Lead the design, implementation and validation of complex space grade hardware electronics targeted to payload antenna systems.

- Execute on a HW development process for complex antenna systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional team for complete system integrity and performance.
- Lead and coordinate technical trades in various areas such PCB development, digital electronics, high speed serial interfaces, reliability and “design for X”.
- Lead the team developing the hardware for advanced antenna systems in space application.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of industrial experience especially in board level analog/digital design with large ASIC’s.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical leading role and a management position.
- 5+ years of experience in high-speed digital design, multi-gigabit SERDES, signal and power integrity.
- 5+ years of experience using lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multi-meters.
- Experience with advanced CAD tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with developing hardware for space applications.
- Experience with the entire NPI process.
- Familiarity with analog electronic fundamentals (transistor circuits, op-amps, filters, etc).
- Experience in design, implementation, bring up and debugging of HW from prototypes to manufacturing.
- Familiarity with power supply design.
