  • Lead the design, implementation and validation of complex space grade hardware electronics targeted to payload antenna systems.
  • Manage, develop and grow a team to deliver results and collaborate with cross functional teams in the organization.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines and resources.
  • Develop processes, mechanisms for efficient execution on priorities.
  • Execute on a HW development process for complex antenna systems.
  • Innovate with your team on challenges unique to Leo.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team for complete system integrity and performance.
  • Lead and coordinate technical trades in various areas such PCB development, digital electronics, high speed serial interfaces, reliability and “design for X”.
  • Lead the team developing the hardware for advanced antenna systems in space application.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of industrial experience especially in board level analog/digital design with large ASIC’s.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical leading role and a management position.
  • 5+ years of experience in high-speed digital design, multi-gigabit SERDES, signal and power integrity.
  • 5+ years of experience using lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multi-meters.
  • Experience with advanced CAD tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with developing hardware for space applications.
  • Experience with the entire NPI process.
  • Familiarity with analog electronic fundamentals (transistor circuits, op-amps, filters, etc).
  • Experience in design, implementation, bring up and debugging of HW from prototypes to manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with power supply design.
