HW DO254 Certification specialist

Key Responsibilities Lead DO-254 certification from planning through approval.Develop and review HDP, verification/validation plans, certification plans, and lifecycle data.Ensure compliance with DO-254 objectives across all hardware development phases.Conduct design reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.Work with FAA, EASA, customers, and certification authorities.Guide engineering teams on DO-254 best practices.Prepare and present certification documentation and reports. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.10+ years of aerospace/defense hardware experience.Expert knowledge of DO-254 and DAL requirements.Proven experience with DO-254 certification for multiple programs.Strong hardware design, verification, and validation experience.Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.Must be willing to work onsite.
