Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair the HVAC home comfort system.
- Lead and coordinate the installation project.
- Clean the project area in the client’s home after the project completion.
- Communicate with the client before, during and after the project and completion of all project paperwork, including payment collection, when necessary.
- Responsible for jobsite safety including proper PPE is worn, and processes are followed.
- Run all calls they are assigned, including in other Service Center’s territories.
- Attend all required meetings and training.
- Knowledge of the Injury and Illness Prevention Plan and a safety mindset.
- Work in partnership with all other teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Able to perform high priority duties daily.
- Focused on quality and results driven, attention to detail.
- Brazing, Removing evaporator from fully charged system and re-install, Remove compressor from fully charged system.
- Troubleshoot HVAC electrical systems, communicating zone systems.
- Advanced and up to date knowledge of all code requirements for the territories serviced.
- Advanced knowledge and technical skills regarding our Company Equipment, Water Heater and Pure Flow processes.
- Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
- Excel within a team environment and willing to support all production areas of the business.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Maintain an EPA 608 Core and Type II Certification.
- Able to maintain company driving privileges at all times.
- Able to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language.
