HVAC Warranty Technician
About the Company
Just Right Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is a heating and cooling company formally started in 2004, with roots going back to 1977. We operate multiple locations throughout Utah, focusing on training every technician to deliver trustworthy, professional service. Our core values—Family, Respect, Excellence, Service, Honesty, and Teamwork—guide every interaction, creating an environment where our team thrives.
About the Role
The Warranty Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving warranty-related issues on both newly installed HVAC systems and existing service work. This role requires a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic abilities, installation knowledge, and a customer-first mindset. If you’re a well-rounded technician who enjoys variety and wants to maximize earnings, this role is for you.
