Starting wage: $34.93 + $2.30 shift differential
Schedule
- Weekend shift: 6:00am–6:30pm Friday–Sunday + overtime
- 2nd shift: 4:48pm–3:18am Monday–Thursday + overtime

Responsibilities
- Connect and operate test stand unit and adjust controls as necessary to meet specifications
- Locate and identify the safe testing amperage and voltage
- Read schematics and blueprints to ensure proper assembly
- Use computer test software effectively
- Complete required test documentation in a timely manner
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve unit performance abnormalities within electrical and refrigeration systems
- Communicate the status of the test process to team members and supervisors
- Effectively use specialized and basic tools necessary to complete test process
- Train new members on machines, procedures, safe work practices, and pertinent safety, quality, and production items
- Maintain the 5S program to ensure a clean work area
- Follow and understand HOMESafe, Personal Choice, and company safety manual requirements
- Identify and rework defective work pieces to comply with quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products
- Make machine adjustments and determine material requirements per engineering specifications
- Use hand tools
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE
- Ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Qualifications
- High School Education/GED OR
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- 2-year trade school (EPA) certificate in A/C Refrigeration or equivalent education approved by company
