HVAC Territory Manager

We are growing and have an open position for a HVAC Territory Manager for our location in Champaign, IL.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships that generate sales opportunities
- Educate customers on products and programs Duncan Supply and the manufacturers offer
- Find and develop new account opportunities selling customers on Duncan Supply products and value-added services
Requirements
- Able to expand market share in assigned markets well in a team environment
- Communicates well both verbally and in writing
- Has strong organizational skills
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence
- Able to develop a working understanding of products and programs offered by Duncan Supply and vendors
- Builds positive relationships with customers
- Understands how to manage priorities and workflows
- Has proven ability to complete tasks from start to finish
Qualifications
- Sales experience (Preferred)
- Professional experience or some College is (Preferred)
- HVAC or Refrigeration knowledge (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Required)
- Valid Driver license with safe driving record (Required)
Pay
Base Salary $30-50K + plus eligibility for commission. Actual commission earnings vary based on individual performance and business results.

Schedule
This position requires regular customer visits and occasional travel outside territory for training and meetings.
