HVAC Technicians (Installers & Service Technicians)

Job Overview

Legendary Service Inc, a leader in residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC, is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technicians (Installers & Service Technicians) to join their fast-growing team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heating and cooling systems, ensuring exceptional service for valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems for heating and cooling issues.
• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Accurately assess humidity and air quality needs, and recommend solutions.
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions in a professional manner.
• Maintain timely and accurate service records using company-provided technology.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service needs.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or maintenance.
• Knowledge of standard heating and cooling systems, including diagnostics and repairs.
• Understanding of humidity control, air quality, and system balancing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Timeliness and reliability are essential.
• Personable, professional, and able to build rapport with clients.
• EPA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime and on-call rotation as needed.

Work Location

Onsite at customer locations throughout the residential and commercial markets served by Legendary Service Inc.
