Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry - Minimum 3 years
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Maintains, repairs, and services residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Determines general condition of HVAC systems and troubleshoots malfunctions
- Aids in new system installs when necessary
- Maintains a neat work area and inspects for cleanliness after each job
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude and follows safety protocols
- Wears appropriate protective gear, such as floor savers
- Maintains company vehicle, keeping it clean inside and out
