Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry - Minimum 3 years
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, and services residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems and troubleshoots malfunctions
• Aids in new system installs when necessary
• Maintains a neat work area and inspects for cleanliness after each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude and follows safety protocols
• Wears appropriate protective gear, such as floor savers
• Maintains company vehicle, keeping it clean inside and out
