HVACR Technician

Role: HVACR Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems supporting laboratory operations. Key Duties Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC equipment such as VRF systems, chillers, boilers, and air handlers.Monitor building management systems daily and report discrepancies.Conduct inspections of process gases, compressed air, DI water, and lab waste systems.Interpret technical schematics and coordinate repairs with external contractors.Maintain documentation and reports; travel to other sites as needed. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or equivalent.EPA Universal technician certification.Over 3 years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience.Valid driver's license with a clean record.Knowledge of BAS and CMMS systems.Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.Strong electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems knowledge.
