HVAC Technician Partner - Equity Ownership - Fresno Clovis

About the Role

Infinite Home Solutions, an established Central Valley home services company with 10+ years in the market, is financing and launching a dedicated HVAC operation. We are looking for one exceptional HVAC technician to join as a part-owner of the new HVAC business—not as an employee. This is a partnership/equity role with per-job compensation, not an hourly wage or salary.

The Deal

• Equity ownership: You come in as a part-owner of the HVAC business
• We finance the startup: We fund the launch so you don't have to
• We hold the licenses: You operate under our established contractor licensing
• We drive the leads: Our marketing engine, brand, and existing customer base feed you work
• You get paid per job: Compensation is per completed job, plus your ownership stake—you build your own payroll as you build the book of business
• You build the department: As revenue grows, you grow the team, and your income grows with it

To be clear: there is no hourly wage or salary. Your income comes from jobs completed and the business you build. If you need a guaranteed paycheck, this is not the right fit. If you want ownership and upside, keep reading.

Who We're Looking For

• Fully trained HVAC technician with 10+ years of hands-on experience
• Strong in both residential and commercial HVAC—commercial experience strongly preferred
• Capable of running jobs end to end: diagnosis, install, service, and repair without supervision
• EPA 608 certified (Universal preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you've thought about breaking off on your own and want a real path to do it
• Comfortable being the face of the trade: talking to customers, quoting work, and standing behind your craft
• Willing to help build the department from the ground up—systems, standards, and eventually a team under you
• Based in or near the Fresno/Clovis area with a valid driver's license

Location

This is an on-site, in-the-field role based in Fresno / Clovis. This is not a remote or hybrid job.
