Schedule: Full Time Days, 40 hours per week, 7a-3:30p weekdays with on-call coverage and potential to work evenings/weekends as needed. Job Summary And Qualifications Operate, maintain repair and install all utility systems such as heating, ventilation, electricity, water, air conditioning and refrigeration within the building to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all patients, staff and visitors. Schedule and performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all utility systems. Maintains high standards and appearance of physical plant, mechanical rooms and maintenance shop. Act as resource person and fill in on-call in supervisor’s absence.
