HVAC Technician (Lakewood, CO)
About the role
Join a dynamic team as an HVAC Technician responsible for delivering top-tier maintenance and repair services for commercial and industrial HVAC systems in Lakewood, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
- Execute minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as required
- Operate a company vehicle to travel to multiple customer sites
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
- Complete thorough inspections
- Provide accurate estimates
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC and general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
- Certified 2-year HVAC technical certificate or valid state-approved HVAC license
- EPA Universal Refrigeration License
- Experience working on commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

Pay
$33.00/hour
Schedule
First shift (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM), with some nights and weekends as needed.
