Requirements
- 3+ years as an HVAC technician
- Commercial or Industrial background
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA certification preferred
About the role
Train the next generation of HVAC Techs in our fully equipped facility in Columbia, MD. You will teach both classroom theory and direct skills—refrigeration systems, electrical troubleshooting, installation, service, and repair. Students work on real equipment preparing for EPA certification and industry careers.
