Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair HVAC components including thermostats, burners, transformers, controls, RTUs, chillers, boilers, mini splits
- Use tools such as multimeters and refrigerant gauges
- Perform both service and installation work, with a preference for service-heavy experience
- Travel to multiple client sites (not assigned to a single location)
- Participate in monthly safety meetings and occasional project briefings
- Receive daily dispatches and operate from a company-provided vehicle
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in HVAC, with at least 3 years in commercial environments preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- EPA certification and OSHA compliance required
- Ability to work on systems ranging from 25 to 100+ tons
- Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with blended experience in residential and commercial HVAC will be considered, but commercial experience is prioritized
- Familiarity with a variety of systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and mini splits
- Demonstrated stability and growth in previous roles
- Ability to work autonomously within 30–90 days of onboarding
Pay
$35.00 - $48.00/hr. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
