About the role
An experienced HVAC Technician II supporting the Engineering & Maintenance team within Facilities & Maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment across diverse environments.
- Perform preventative maintenance on chillers, boilers, RTUs, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring safe and reliable building performance.
- Document work activities accurately in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and diagnose issues efficiently.
